Welcome to our Occidental First Club, Premium Membership Lounge for First Club and Royal Club Members. We have designed a five-star level of service to enhance your vacation experience with us. As with all things in life, there must be rules.

Dress Code: Shirt and footwear always required. Please do not enter wet. This is a VIP area for you to relax and other owners, also this is our office, please consider to keep your voice down.

Children: Under 12 years old, are welcome only until 7:00 pm. accompanied by their parents. Running and Jumping are not allowed

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the Lounge, while on the outside areas, please be considerate to the people around you.

Service Schedule: The Bar opens at 10:00 am. and last call for drinks is at 10:45 pm. each night.

Pool/Jacuzzi: Is available until 7:00 pm. In the jacuzzi / pool there are no lifeguards on duty, use is at your own risk. Swimsuit is required for the use of the jacuzzi / pool. Lounge chairs are limited, please refrain from reserving them. For safety reasons crystal glasses and bottles are not allowed inside the Jacuzzi.

Food: Private Continental Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am Snacks from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

We request that you refrain from taking beverages in glass containers out of the Lounge Areas. Please ask to your bar tender for a plastic glass. Non-Compliance with this item will result in immediate cancellation of access to First Club services

Flatware, Dinnerware and Glassware: Are not allowed to be taken out of the lounge.

Alcohol: We do not serve minors. We reserve the right to limit alcohol beverages to those we consider drunk.

Damages:The Lounge has decorative and luxury items. We will hold you as a member responsible for any damage.

TV and Videos service: The use of the TV and videos us subjected to availability. The staff keeps volume and Channel control.

Exclusive Use: Only First Club and Grand Level members and guests that pay the corresponding upgrade fee are allowed to use the First Club installations. No guest or invitees are allowed to use the Club without making the corresponding payment.

Non Member Use: We kindly request that you bring NO guest to the First Club Lounge. At the same time, we wish to show off our services in the hopes of getting new members. Please coordinate with our Concierge for a special Club presentation

Tips: While tipping is good, it does not fit with the All-Inclusive concept, but our staff does like a little monetary recognition from time to time. To that extent, we have made available a TIPS envelope in your commentary which we will give you during your Check Out.

Covid 19: Because of the current situation, we request the use of a facemask during your stay at the First Club and to please keep a safe distance. We also have antibacterial gel dispensers in case you need them.

Bracelets: Members and clients must use the bracelets during the entire stay.
